Giveaway: A World of Keflings + It Came From Outer Space DLC Combo Packs

WINNERS ANNOUNCED: Congratulations to Leon, Buster, and Gram for winning the three combo packs this week. Keep your eyes open for more!

This may come as a bit of a surprise, but we really love Keflings at Marooners’ Rock. While you’re listening to today’s Keflings podcast for the exclusive updates and interesting insights, courtesy of guest star Andrew Hill of NinjaBee Games, why not enter for a chance to win one of three Keflings prize packs in anticipation of the new DLC’s imminent release and the upcoming title update to patch in Avatar FameStar? There are three combo packs available, and each one includes a full game download for A World of Keflings and a download of It Came From Outer Space, the game’s first DLC. A World of Keflings received our “Best Downloadable Game” award for 2010, and it still remains high on our list of must-have XBLA games, so don’t miss this chance!

The contest starts now and runs through 12:01am EST Monday, August 6th. This is 9:01pm PST Sunday, August 5th, so make sure you latecomers enter on time!

You know, I didn’t think about this until well after I finished and published the contest. Originally, I was going to have making a video of cannon-music be one of the entries, but realized that you would already have to own the game to do so. Looks like my fallback wasn’t much better!

About Marooners’ Rock

Everyone grows up; this is how the world works. Just because we grow decrepit and old, however, does not mean we have to forsake the things that make us happy, childish though they may seem. This is the core concept of Marooners’ Rock; we geek out on the things of our past, present, and future. Society and cultural norms be damned!
