If you’re looking forward to Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Ghost Recon Online, and Ghost Recon Network, you now have one more thing to add to that list: Ghost Recon Alpha. A 25 minute live-action short film, Ghost Recon Alpha serves as a prequel of sorts to Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. The four characters seen in the film are the same playable characters in Future Soldier, while the film itself takes place “…immediately before a key turning point in the video game’s storyline, a vicious attack against a major European city…” and in “…one of the multiplayer maps available in the adversarial mode of the video game.” Read the full story

With each passing day, my excitement and anticipation for the upcoming Green Lantern movie grows. This is both a bad and a good thing, of course. The good is that, from what I continue to see, it looks better and better. The bad is that, from some of my past experiences, I may be setting myself up for a massive fall. I’m a big fan of Green Lantern (Deadpool is my #1, but Hal is easily in my top 3), so I already have a fairly strong desire to see this movie succeed. Today’s bump in my excitement comes from the release of a new trailer for the movie, with more of a focus on Hal as a Green Lantern in training. Read the full story
