Bulletstorm VR Available on PlayStation VR2

It’s time to grab your junk and step right into the mess. The 2011 first-person shooter Bulletstorm, which got an HD Re-release in August 2019, now has a port to PlayStation VR2. No available, Bulletstorm VR takes the same foul-mouth first-person experience and puts the carnage directly into the hands of players, right down to the electric whip.

Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition Review

Bulletstorm was a game that I hadn’t heard of back in 2011. I had visited this local gaming store and saw the box art for it and had noticed Epic Games was behind it, of which I am a huge fan of the Gears of War series. Why hadn’t I known about this game then? Well it seems the game was only going to cost me about $4, so I bought it, of course. Initially, I didn’t have my expectations too high due...[Read More]

Giveaway: Bulletstorm Nutcracker

WINNER ANNOUNCED: Congratulations SpeedBrkr for winning this Bulletstorm nutcracker! Epic Games’ Bulletstorm received mixed criticism. While the game was solid, some people complained about the manner in which the game was presented, calling it immature and childish. I think it was all in good fun. So did Epic, and the game’s developer. With a skill shot called the Nutcracker, which co...[Read More]

Marooners’ Talk: Episode 031 – “Too Cool for E3”

Today’s episode goes just a smidge over our general hour-ish limit, clocking in at about two hours. Ok, maybe more than just a smidge, but it was fun, and screw you for judging me. Episode 031, titled “Too Cool for E3,” covers a wide range of topics. Insert a clever segue here, leading into Dawnguard and its beta, Injustice: Gods Among Us, LEGO Lord of the Rings, Castlevania: Lor...[Read More]

Like Free Stuff? Download the Bulletstorm Soundtrack!

As gamers we are so spoiled. Many of the titles coming out now have fantastic soundtracks, yet sadly they are never released for the fans to enjoy (seriously, why is this becoming a common trend?). Epic Games, being the awesome individuals that they are, have recently put up a link on their website allowing all to download the complete soundtrack to their latest hit, Bulletstorm.

It Took 12 Years, But I’ve Finally Played Duke Nukem Forever

Is this happening? Could it really be? This game, ephemeral, phantasmal, like a wraith clinging to long dead tree branches, has finally materialized into a physical thing. It exists. Its coming. And I’ve played 20 minutes of it. Oh God, the world must be ending…

Marooners’ Talk: Episode 004 – “I Wanna Take You For a Ride!”

The fourth episode of Marooners’ Talk features our new numbering system where the episode number actually matches the number of episodes! I know, I know, we’re bucking our system, throwing your world on its head, shattering everything you once believed to be true. Frankly, we got tired of explaining that Episode 2 was actually our third episode, etc.

Marooners’ Talk: Episode 000 – “A Hedgehog Named Frank”

Episode 000 of Marooners’ Talk is now up. Why did we start off our number at “000?” Because one of our asshole writers thought it would be cool and unique. Now we’re going to have to celebrate our tenth episode during Episode 009, our 50th episode during Episode 049, and our 100th episode during Episode 099. Jackass.

Forecast: Look For a Brief Bulletstorm on January 25

The demo for the hotly anticipated action shooter will be dropping near the end of the month.
