New Screenshots in for Hitman Absolution


Do you enjoy games such as the Hitman series? Today, Square Enix released two screenshots after yesterday’s release of the “HOPE NEWS TIMES,” the fictional local newspaper of Hope, South Dakota. What happened yesterday? Some killings happened in Hope! Was this a prank gone wrong or our favorite Hitman doing his job?

Hitman: Absolution Sheds Light on 47 Handler, Diana Burnwood


Hitman: Absolution is definitely a title that many people are looking forward to this year. The Hitman series has a very devout following, and Square Enix has started a series of videos and interviews focused on expanding the game’s background and characters for those fans. In Absolution, Diana Burnwood returns as the longtime handler for the series’ protagonist, Agent 47. Agent 47 makes his way to the printed page again in Hitman: Damnation


I’ve always thought that the Hitman series of video games would lend themselves well to novelization. The aspects of patience, detail, and attention in Hitman would make for great suspense on the page. Apparently I wasn’t alone in this thought, since 2007 saw the release of a Hitman novel, Hitman: Enemy Within. Enemy Within took place between the events of  the Hitman video game series entries Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and Hitman: Blood Money, and revealed new details about Agent 47 and the Hitman universe. Now, five years later, Agent 47 returns in print form with Hitman: Damnation. Read the full story
