I know, I know; there’s never anything interesting going on in March. Madness, isn’t it? Well the March doldrums shan’t be so… doldrummy… this year, as dates and pricing have been announced for Microsoft’s upcoming five-week XBLA event, XBLA House Party. Every Wednesday, starting on February 16th and running through March 16th, a new XBLA game will be released and featured, some of which have been requested and anticipated by fans for quite some time.

With an official XBLA release date of January 5, 2011, ilomilo, along with Raskulls and A World of Keflings, are all available to purchase through Microsoft Game Studios’ current Games for the Holidays promotion. From within the earliest of these three titles to be officially released at on the Marketplace, A World of Keflings, users could download trial games for both ilomilo and Raskulls, which could then be upgraded for 800 MSP each to the full releases well before they were scheduled. ilomilo is definitely worth the purchase price.
