WINNERS ANNOUNCED: Congratulations to ilRadd and Charlie X for winning the Twisted Pixel codes! ilRadd will be contacted via Twitter. Charlie X, please email contests at maroonersrock dot com to claim your code.
Twisted Pixel is best known as a highly acclaimed XBLA developer. They had great critical success with their first (and, to date, only) venture into the realm of physical media, The Gunstringer, but their hallmarks are digital. To celebrate their digital titles, they have announced today a four game bundle collecting their four released XBLA titles: The Maw, Splosion Man, Comic Jumper, and Ms. Splosion Man. For a limited time (that “won’t last long”), this four game bundle can be snagged for a ridiculously low 800MSP. When you consider that each of the games in the bundle are individually priced at 800MSP (except for Comic Jumper, which is priced at 1200MSP), you’re getting one of the best deals available on the platform. That’s not even the best part! Read the full story

Last year, Ubisoft announced Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, the fourth title in the Call of Juarez franchise. Today, they have released the first teaser trailer for the game along with a brief summary of what to expect. Call of Juarez Gunslinger follows the tale of bounty hunter Silas Greaves, as he hunts down the West’s most notorious outlaws. The game will include “memorable encounters” with some of the names that we all grew up with: Pat Garret, Jesse James, Butch Cassidy, Billy the Kid, and more. Take a look at the teaser trailer and screenshots below, and be on the lookout for a “reveal” trailer in one week. Read the full story

I love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There are a lot of things that, honestly, I appreciate now simply out of nostalgia and fond memory, but the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles receive my sincere appreciation. Has the franchise missed a few steps over the decades? Unfortunately, yes. However, when the Turtles hit right, they’re phenomenal, which is why I have high hopes for what Activision has announced today: a new TMNT game for digital download. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows will be available this summer on XBLA, PSN, and Steam. Read the full story
